As blockchain technology becomes more prevalent, the available metadata increases exponentially, benefiting machine learning applications. However, this growth poses a challenge for obfuscation-based privacy methods, which are deteriorating structurally due to their inherent weaknesses. CoinDesk Research has detailed an analysis of five distinct crypto privacy strategies and highlights the growing disparity among them. The study also introduces a framework aimed at assessing the longevity of these models amidst advancing AI technologies.
